We hope you love your purchase from Prayed For! However, if you're not satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Swimwear must be returned with all hygienic liners and tags intact.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

• Any item returned in used or damaged condition

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@prayed-for.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
